My life journey was somewhat similar but luckily I was never bothered by the fact that I was not fit enough. I carved my own way to fitness and now I am at a level where I have created the opportunity for others to stay fit at the comfort of their home. Isn’t it worth it when you have the opportunity to stay fit just by burning up the dance floor?Hello everyone! My name is Neha Monga. I am a Bokwa education specialist trainer and a founder of Bliss Fitness, India’s best fitness and dance studio where you can learn the way to stay fit through dancing. Bokwa is a dance form which is mixed with kwaito, a traditional South African dance form. It has been all around in the fitness industry but it is not well known among the public. It is an energetic dance form, more intense than Zumba and has the capacity to burn at least 1200 kcal in a session of one hour. Classes commence with a proper warm-up and move in to slow to a fast cardio routine that involves drawing imaginary letters and numbers with your feet to the beat of African music or popular numbers. Being into the fitness industry from a long time I have found that staying fit can be a cakewalk for some but for others, it can be a very rigorous thing. We expect from ourselves so much and want to transform in a week or as long as a month. But that’s not how it works. Fitness is not a destination but it’s a journey where there are ups and downs, you fall and stand up again, your body reaches to a plateau state and stops working and a lot more circumstance which can be proved as disheartening and discouraging. So, in that case, I always suggest my clients stay firm and adamant of your choices. If someone has decided to burn those extra pounds then the most important thing lies in determination and smart work. With smart work, I mean you can not lose weight and become fit by not eating anything and by working out for hours. Food intake and exercise go hand in hand and it should be balanced and measured. You can not stay fit by eating anything. But a measured amount of exercise and food works the best and it’s a simple formula for staying healthy.Working hard and smart with thousand of clients, I have learnt a lot about the desire and demand of fitness in this world and I love to belong to the industry who is looked up to by so many people.
